A Journey of Resilience

From Karachi's Slums to Building Cuebolt

My Journey of Failing Forward

Born and raised in the slums of Karachi, Pakistan. My journey didn't start with privilege — it started with persistence.

Chapter 1

Early Struggles

I started at a local school with a broken foundation of studies, struggling to keep up. Things began to change when I moved to a better school in 7th grade — small progress, big hope.

Chapter 2

First Failure & Redirection

I failed my Intermediate in 2014. But failure didn't stop me — it redirected me. I joined Aptech for a 3-year programming diploma while reattempting my Inter, learning how to build, not just study.

Chapter 3

The Builder's Spark

During my 3rd semester at Aptech, I started interning at Logon Broadband. That's where I built my first real product — a Home Automation system powered by Raspberry Pi, controlling appliances through voice. It wasn't market-ready, but it proved one thing: I was born to build.

Chapter 4

Growth & Leadership

Within 3 years, I became Head of Department at Logon Broadband. I learned management, innovation, and leading people — but without growth, I knew I had to move on.

Chapter 5

Entrepreneurial Rollercoaster

I launched my first eCommerce business — failed. Started a software house — succeeded for 4 years with 20+ team members — then COVID hit, and everything went virtual. Tried eCommerce again — failed. Tried Amazon — failed again. But each failure built the foundation for something bigger.

Chapter 6

Global Experience

I moved abroad — Dubai, then South Africa — leading IT departments as Head of IT. I had stability, but not satisfaction. The fire to build something my own kept calling me back.

Chapter 7

Return & Reinvention

I returned to Pakistan — ready to start again. That's when Cuebolt was born — a platform built with purpose, passion, and lessons from every failure.
